The Corona-pandemic has had an important impact on the future of work of all of us. On the future of work managers and employees working in large organisations on de one hand and on self-employed entrepreneurs, people working in startups, in scale-ups and in other SMEs on the other.
From the different experiences of all these people, we do know one thing for sure and that is that it won’t be the same as before: the old-normal will not come back.
