The Future Of Work – The New Normal

The Future Of Work – The New Normal

The Corona-pandemic has had an important impact on the future of work of all of us. On the future of work managers and employees working in large organisations on de one hand and on self-employed entrepreneurs, people working in startups, in scale-ups and in other SMEs on the other.

From the different experiences of all these people, we do know one thing for sure and that is that it won’t be the same as before: the old-normal will not come back. Depending on where you currently work and where you want to work in the future, the problems, the needs and the solutions are very different.

The good news is that The Corona-pandemic also creates a lot of new opportunities, especially for different types of entrepreneurs.

If you are an independent business owner like me since 2001 as side-hustle working from home and since 2011 full time, you are already used to working at home, you are also used to hybrid working, hybrid learning with for instance online video courses and ‘hybrid living’ as I call it. Together with your partner or your children for instance.

If you want to watch more videos on different aspects of the future of work in the new normal what is means for you personally, your familiy and the future of your work either in a large organisation or as (future) independent entrepreneur, then bookmark these videos.
