Digital Literacy During Covid-19.
Since the beginning of the Covid-19, lifelong learning of the right skills including digital literacy for you personally has become even more important for all of us than before the start of the pandemic.
What Is Digital Literacy During Covid-19?
Digital literacy means having the right digital skills you need to live, learn, and work in a society where communication and access to information is increasingly through digital technologies like internet platforms, social media, and mobile devices in your current or future role or position.
Above all, you need to learn and use the right practical soft- and hard skills in using technology to access, manage, manipulate and create information and relevant knowledge in an ethical and sustainable way if you want to make a positive impact on the lives of your customers and other people around you. And do that ‘just-in-time’ and fast.

Since 2001, when I started making money online from home as a side-hustle (see here), I discovered that
1) my corporate digital skills and ICT-diplomas were irrelevant and that
2) I therefor needed to learn new relevant entrepreneurial digital skills and fast and
3) I needed to learn new relevant entrepreneurial knowledge and skills continuously if I wanted to survive and thrive: ‘just-in-time’ lifelong learning .
So I stopped taking any corporate training and any corporate courses. And I started to learn the right digital skills and knowledge, pivoting my life and my business.
One of the new skills I learned for instance to make money and save money online since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, is scripting and producing short videos. And that is why short video selling & marketing is one of the optional modules in our different hybrid learning ‘The Digital Entrepreneurship School’ programs.
